This website is operated by Deoryx (“we”, “us”), a technology consultancy based in Canada. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

The website is general information

Everything on this website, including descriptions of services, workflows and past projects, is general information about what we do. It isn’t professional advice for your situation, and you shouldn’t rely on it as such. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we don’t guarantee that it is complete or free of errors.

Enquiries and calls don’t create an engagement

Sending a message, booking a discovery call or receiving a reply doesn’t create a contract or a client relationship. Any work, including a workflow audit, starts only when we both agree to it in writing, and that agreement, not these terms, sets out the scope, fees and responsibilities.

Please don’t send us confidential information before we have agreed in writing how it will be handled.

Using the website

You agree not to:

• use the website or contact form to send spam, unlawful content or anything harmful;
• try to break, overload or get around the website’s security, including the spam check; or
• copy the website’s content in bulk or present it as your own.

Content and trademarks

The text, design and code of this website and the Deoryx name and logo belong to us. You may view, share links to and quote short passages from the website with attribution. Any other use needs our written permission.

Client names, logos and screenshots of client work belong to their owners and are shown with their permission. Photographs credited to Unsplash are used under the Unsplash License.

Other websites

The website links to other sites, such as client projects, and uses third-party services for booking and spam protection. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of those sites and services, which have their own terms.

Availability

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the website at any time, and we don’t promise it will always be available or free of interruptions.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
